A pimple like near the breast and underarm is a sign of breast cancer? What stage for this instance?

Last 2 months ago i had pimple like appear near my underarm and now i have one the same. im always curious about breast cancer because i felt multi small lumps and slight hot sensations in my right breast. I felt numbness on my right hand also. Maybe im overthink of a cancer. My job is a videographer and maybe my hands felt tired only. Please share your knowledge to those who have diagnosed of breast cancer. Thank you so much...
