Can anyone give me advice about my bunny? Please.?

Is she is eating and playing with you, it is unlikely that she is in pain. I would ask the vet to see her again and decide whether another antibiotic would help. Don't give up unless the vet says that nothing more can be done. I hope she improves. I know how you feel; I get very attached to my bunnies. Good luck.
