Vacation trip packing list help?

I'm going to go with my best friend, her brother (and a few of his friends) her parents, and a couple others to a lake out in Gun Barrel City, TX. We have a lake house up there and I wanted to know some good things to pack. I am going to be there for about a week I think. Recreational events include swimming, rafting, fishing and maybe boating.
