Could I have an STD? Please help?

So this might sound like a dumb question.. but I'm reallly stressed and if someone could help me that'd be great. I'm not sexually active right now and I've only had sex with one guy. The last time I did was about 7 months ago. We had unprotected sex but only for like 2 minutes and he never came.. we were just messing around. Anyways he had had sex with one other girl and I'm worried she may have had STDS. She told me she got tested the weekend before and she was clean but she contracted something months later (chlamydia). He also got tested and his mom said his results came back as clean. I just dont know if I should trust that. It's from the same people saying I should be okay but I overthink things. I plan on getting tested I just dont wanna tell my parents I am... Please help
