New Jersey notice to vacate?

My brother and his friend had an appartment that they both signed the lease on and my brother moved to wyoming to be a rafting guide. So I worked out with his roommate that i would take over my brothers room, I have been here for a month but I am not on the lease and my roommate told me on the 13th that I have to be out on the 15th. I have paid my rent and have done nothing wrong but he wants to move in a girl now. So I have no lease its month to month and he wants me to move out in 2 days, Is there any law that says i get more time to move out, 2 days notice is just not enough. Please help me, I have nowhere to go and I cant possibly move out in 2 days.
