What water rides are safe for a pregnant woman?

Im 7 months into my pregnancy and Im going on a trip to a water/amusement park this weekend and I really don't want to pay a lot of money to just sit in the water. Im already going to be staying in the water park area as it is, which is fine with me, but I want to actually be able to do something. I was told I could get in the lazy river just not slides but what if the slides have a raft to ride out on? Any ideas or suggestions will help, Thank You.
