Can guinea pigs live in rat cages?

I found this great rat cage but i dont have a rat i have a guinea pig. It has 3 levels and a large spinning wheel safe for rats. But i already know that if you buy a large wheel guinea pigs can go on it. Also... Can guinea pigs climp up ramps in cages to go to the next level?
