POLL: IS it over?? what should I do because I feel terrible!?

You need to separate the 'real' relationship from your texting one and base your relationship on the time you have actually been with and spoken with this girl. If a lot of the time you have known this girl over the last 8 weeks has been over text, then you are correct in thinking you have NOT had a proper relationship, but maybe you should make firm plans when her parents are not in town to take her on a proper date. Easy to break it off with just a text relationship . . . you can not even say at this point you are in a relationship or how she feels about you?!?
