In your opinion, is she interested?

I overthink everything :( It's been 2 years since we last spoke or seen each other. She randomly texted me and came over to catch up until about 2am a few nights back. We went for supper together a few nights later. The reason I'm not sure if she's into me is cause we used to do this a few years back, but then she moved away for school. Could this be interest or more than likely just a friend thing?
