Your over thinking it. If her moms in town, her moms in town! And maybe she just doesn't think of asking you how your getting on, i mean shes doing exams so shes not going to remember everything. For now cut her a bit of slack but if it goes on like this for a while then maybe you should bring it up with her. But seriously, my advise would be to try and not over thik ever text. I know its kinda hard (im an over thinker myself) but just try and be chilled out about everything.
