Talk to him, explain that you will be busy, not that you don't want to spend time with him but because your education comes first. Be wise with your time management study for a few hours, then spend some time together. Or if possible, study with him, but stay focused. School is a small part of life, while it may suck now, your future depends on it! Good luck x
