What do i do really confused at the moment?

My boyfriend of 6 months went away for work 2 weeks ago, we text regularly, but last friday he sent me a message via msn and said he had put his phone on his boot while doing something, then forgotten about it and driven off losing his phone. He then said he would go get another one and i told him how to get his old number onto a new sim card and he said he would txt soon but since then there has been no contact at all and its been a week now. I dont know what to do ive tried ringing and it goes to voicemail each time. one friends says i should let it go and relax...another says just start thinking that we have broken up....and another said just wait it out....he knows that texting is important to me.....i dont know whats going on i tend to overthink things at the best of times but this is doing my head in like is he just never going to contact me again and hope ill take the hin....this leads me to he has left me his PS3, his bike, playtv, all his games and dvds plus other little things and i have 600 of his sitting in my bank account and while on msn i asked him if he wanted me to transfer it and he told me to hold onto it for now.....has this happened to anyone else ??? what do i do im so lost and my heart is breaking
