hmm..i would say this could go half anf half. since hes older, he may see you as a younger sister figure. or he may be trying to figure out your take on him? if he makes time to have lunch with you and acts flirtatiously, then jhe likes you. otherwise it may be a friend thing. he seems like an overall nice guy though! :)
