Help!!!! Worried About My Guinea Pig!!?

my guinea pig had something stuck to her foot it would crumble when u pressed on it but when i tried to pull it it pulled skin off and she was bleeding it worried me and i don't want to put her in her cage because i don't want it to get infected what should i do
